Federal Discrimination Law has been updated to take into account recent decisions and changes made by the Disability Discrimination and Other Human Rights Legislation Amendment Act 2009 (Cth). The new version is current to 5 August 2009 and is available here in Word and Pdf versions.
An html version is available on the Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) website (www.austlii.edu.au).
We will be keeping the AustLII version updated and will retain an archived html version (pre-5 August 2009) on our website.
